Booking terms & conditions
Reserving your date
Your date is confirmed when E&E Gathers & Graze accepts your order in writing, these terms are accepted, and the required payment is received. An inquiry or quote alone does not reserve a date.
Custom events
Deposit: 50% of the total at booking, applied toward the final price. Balance: due 7 calendar days before the event. Bookings made fewer than 7 days in advance require full payment. Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days and are subject to availability at confirmation.
Fixed-price products
Full payment is required at purchase. Confirmation must specify the product, quantity, date, time, and delivery or pickup method. Preparation times and minimums are shown before payment. Same-day orders are not accepted unless confirmed in writing.
Quantities and changes
A minimum of 10 guests is proposed for events, unless a different package is stated in the quote. The menu, final quantity, and dietary restrictions are confirmed 7 days before the event. Any change requires written acceptance and a price adjustment; no extra charge is made without authorization.
What the price includes
Only the products, staff, setup, transportation, decorations, and rentals described are included. Applicable taxes and additional charges must be listed separately. Gratuity is voluntary. An exact reproduction of reference photographs is not guaranteed.
Venue and access
The customer confirms the address, parking, access, a stable table, a sheltered space, and the agreed food-storage conditions. Access and removal times are stated in the quote. Delays or new costs are documented and agreed upon in writing.
